Shipping Charges :
Brain Mat offers free shipping across India on our items purchased through our website.
Shipping for International orders is chargeable extra at actual cost.
Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach and efficiency. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
Kindly take note- During festivals, pandemics, unforeseen calamities or adverse weather conditions, your shipment could get delayed.
Orders placed later after 12:00 PM (Midnight) IST are processed the following business day, Monday to Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders will be processed on the following business day.
We ensure you that, we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
Order Arrival :
Brain Mat aims to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary from place to place and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 5 business days from the time of placing the order.
Order Confirmation :
Once the order is successful, you will receive the following notifications via email
1. Email order confirmation
2. Text message order confirmation
Cancel Order :
You can cancel your order by email us at - info@brain-mat.com. The Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment dispatch.
Refund :
Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be initiated, and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.
