We use standard dimensions to help everyone to improve health benefits. However, if you still want to swap your product for a product if there is a grip issue then you may return the product to us, by informing us at info@brain-mat.com within 7 working days with the receipt of the order.

Our terms and conditions regarding returns and exchange are as follows
(a) Items should be returned unused, mark-free. Returns that are damaged or soiled shall not be accepted and are liable to be sent back to the customer.
Please inform our customer care department immediately in the event any goods/products are delivered without tags. We strongly recommend that products be checked carefully and thoroughly before they are tried on, or any tags or packing are thrown away or disposed of.
(b) Unidentified returns; returns without prior intimation and an email confirmation will be returned to the sender, as we will not accept responsibility for such returns at our end.
(c) Brain Mat products should be tried on a carpeted clean surface and kept in their respective protective bags provided by Brain Mat until you are sure you possess them.
The box is considered a part of the product and, Mat returned without the box may be sent back to the customer. We recommend not to place any marking on the Mat box while returning.
(d) The return cost for shipping the product is to be borne by the customer unless specified by us.
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available and void in case of a sale by a third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
THE PURCHASES CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS FOR INDIA ONLY. NOT APPLICABLE FOR REPAIR ON OVERSEAS ORDERS.
